 What is a Forming machine?

A machine that melts a plastic material with heat and pours it into a mold to mold it is called a Forming machine. Also called a plastic Forming machine, it is a machine tool that can process the processes of melting (melting) the material, pouring it into a mold (injection / molding), hardening (cooling), and taking it out.

Structure of Forming machine

Forming machines are made up of the following three devices, regardless of whether the machine is large or small.

Controller

A gadget that allows you to regulate the mold's environment.

Injection unit

It includes a hopper for charging plastic materials, a cylinder for heating materials, an injection nozzle, etc., and is a device that uses heat to melt the material and inject it into molds.

Molding unit

It is a device that attaches the mold, opens and closes the mold, resists the material's pressure, closes the mold, and projects the material.
